Locust Grove, Samuel Morse’s historic home features lush gardens of heritage plantings and an extensive peony collection. The museum includes Morse’s scientific inventions and paintings.

Vanderbilt Estate – features a masterpiece landscape design -- with 3-acres of formal gardens on 3 levels. The Italian Garden features wisteria pergola, reflecting pool antique statuary, creek overlook, Japanese teahouse, extensive perennial and annual beds.
Beatrix Ferrand’s Bellefield was created by the famous American woman designer in 1912 and is known for perfectly composed borders of white, pink, blush, cream, gray, mauve and purple.
