ESCORTED TOURS:
Our tours are fully escorted. We make all the arrangements for you and escort the group on the tour. You’ll never need to worry about any of the details. We take great pride in ensuring a hassle free, comfortable and enriching experience for all of our guests.
CUSTOMIZED TOURS FOR YOUR GROUP:
We offer packaged tours to the general public and also specialize in customized tours for groups. Just contact us via phone or email and let us know what your group’s interests and preferences are --- we’ll develop a tour for your group, take care of all the details. Our frequent travel and experienced planning and negotiations will save you money on transportation, meals, lodging and admission fees. Your group can sit back and just enjoy the trip!
DEPARTURE LOCATIONS:
Vista Unlimited tours depart from various locations as listed in the information page for each trip. Tours often depart from Central New York for the general public at the following locations” Skaneateles at Allyn Arena, parking lots at Wegmans, Fairmount on the west side of Syracuse and on the east side of Syracuse at the NYS Thruway Park & Ride at the Rte. 481, Dewitt interchange or the Dewitt Wegmans. Please read the tour flyers to see where departure is for your particular tour. Our bus tours will often stop at other cities such as Cortland, Utica, Herkimer, Rochester, Buffalo or Binghamton – if our itinerary brings us through that city. We confirm departure points for each passenger and ask that you do not change your departure location without confirmed approval from Vistas Unlimited. We have a boarding list of passengers from each departure point to keep track of and we wouldn’t want you to miss your tour!
DEPOSITS:
To confirm and hold your reservation, all tours require an advance payment. Advance payments are required no later than 7 days following pending confirmation of your reservation. Should we not receive this advance payment it is possible that your reservation could be cancelled in order to accommodate other passengers. We will send confirmation upon receipt of your payment. Cruises and air tours may require special deposits, as specified in the trip information.
FINAL PAYMENTS:
Are due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For cruises and air tours, payments are due 60-90 days prior to departure depending on the tour. Please make checks payable to “Vistas Unlimited.” There will be a $20.00 charge for any returned check.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:*
Vistas Unlimited strongly recommends the purchase of the Travel Insurance on ALL Tours. This allows passengers to cancel and receive a refund due to the covered reasons outlined in the policy "Description of Coverage."
SEATING:
Any seat assignment are assigned in the order that final payment is received. If you have a preference, please let us know.
MOTOR COACHES:
All motor coaches are equipped with lavatory, climate-controlled Heat/AC Systems, TV/VCR’s, Reclining Seats, Panoramic Windows, PA System, and Stereo.
REST-STOPS:
Rest-stops are made periodically to allow everyone the opportunity to stretch their legs, use rest-room facilities and to purchase something to eat - generally rest stops are made every two hours.
CUSTOMER CANCELLATION POLICIES:
60 or more days prior to departure …….. Full refund**
45 days prior to departure……….…. 40%refunded**
Vistas Unlimited reserves the right to cancel any trip due to unforseen circumstances and will provide full refund.
Most tours are transferable. If you cannot travel, you may transfer your tour to someone else, but you must let us know in advance.

IN CASE YOU NEED TO CANCEL:
If you find it necessary to cancel your tour, please notify Vistas Unlimited at (315) 372-5068 or email us. Cancelations received after business hours will be effective the next business day.
SMOKING:
Per Federal regulations, there is NO SMOKING aboard any motor coach.
SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT REQUESTS:
We are glad to work with you regarding any special requests. If you require any type of assistance, special arrangements or meals, please let us know! We will do everything we can to make your trip comfortable and successful.
BOARDING DOCUMENTS:
Travel documents will be mailed approximately 10 days prior to departure. This will include your itinerary, meal choices (if applicable), departure and return times and locations, special arrangements, etc. |
